Jess Wilson
Forbes as one of 1,000 entrepreneurs under 30 to change the world in the next 50 years, appeared on Smart Company’s 30 under 30 three times and awarded Commonwealth Bank’s Australian of the day.
Jess is a real example of a small town girl turned globally recognised and awarded tech entrepreneur. Starting her first business at 16 and second at 22 which she scaled into 130 countries and was a finalist contestant on China’s version of Shark Tank x The Apprentice ‘The Next Unicorn’ which aired to 15M p/episode.
Jess has taken on industries ripe for disruption utilizing technology with millennial and Gen-Z markets at the forefront, establishing her as a leading voice in women leadership, innovation and emerging technologies. Jess dropped out of University after being told she ‘didn’t have it in her’ to have the career she desired - since, she instead learnt from the brightest minds partaking in Technology Accelerator programs with the likes of Google in San Francisco, China and Europe.

Hayley Evans is an entrepreneur and executive with a proven track record of scaling global organisations through a focus on customer centricity, values, simplification and technological integration into company cultures.
As an executive at the Tavistock Group ($14.6B), Hayley led tech enabled investments to deliver operational efficiency and leverage data for competitive advantage. Today these employ 600+ employees across 3 continents, and play a pivotal role in empowering a US$8B human performance and healthcare city.
Driven by a passion to make the investment space a more equal playing field for entrepreneurs and founders, Hayley delivers exceptional results for companies at both early and scale up stages of their lifecycle through her unique and propriety values based approach to business optimisation, hyper scale and culture transformation.
As well as being a Co Founder of Women Making Waves, She is also the Global Growth Strategist for Surge Global and runs a family owned Registered Training Organisation in the Emergency Response and Rescue space specialising in immersive, competency based training experiences in the areas of Public Safety and Mine Rescue.
